Christmas Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

For delivery before Christmas, here are our order cut-off dates. We recommend though, where possible that orders are placed in advance of these to absolutely guarantee delivery!

UK: Friday 20th December by 1pm GMT

Europe: Wednesday 18th December by 1pm GMT

USA & International: Tuesday 17th December by 1pm GMT

Orders placed between Tuesday 24th & Thursday 26th will be dispatched from Friday 27th December.

Orders placed between Tuesday 31st December to Wednesday 1st Jan, will be dispatched from Thursday 2nd January.

Please be aware this is an extremely busy time of the year, so it may take slightly longer than usual for your item to be delivered. Any queries on orders placed within this time will be answered from Thursday 2nd January.

Returns:

In addition to our standard 14-day returns policy, we offer an extended Christmas returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Tuesday, November 12th, 2024 will be eligible for a refund if they've been registered in our UK Returns Portal or International Returns Portal before midnight (GMT) Monday, January 6th, 2025. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your return request and further instructions will be sent on our return to the studio on Thursday, January 2nd.
