How can I earn points?

You place an order and gain 1 point for every £1 you spend.
On your birthday you receive 250 points

How can I spend my points?

Click on the "Rewards" tab to see the list of all discounts you can redeem.

I'm paying in another currency, how many points will I receive?

Points will be accumulated by the value of your local currency converted to GBP.

Why is my discount not working?

Some product exclusions apply to the Loyalty System discount codes including but not limited to: sale items, collaborations, pyjamas, archive sale items.
